Hallo,
dieses Bild habe ich gerade von einem Herrn Heiko Zilcher zugeschickt bekommen.



Aufnahmeort war bei dem Berggasthof "Hohe Asten" auf ca. 900m in der Nähe vom Wendelstein. Es handelt sich offenbar um einen Eisnebelhalo.

Hallo Mark,

That is a phantastic one indeed!!! I got one just like it this year on the 18th of february with supralateral arc, tangent arc, and parry arc.

What other halos were seen at the time when you got your super circumzenith arc! send em all to me if possible I got to see them.

Hallo Mark!

That circumzenith arc and supralateral arc now was that part of a complex display? I bet there was a bright upper tangent arc there too. My display from feb 18th was like that except the circumzenith arc was not wide lie that because the sun was higher. Right now in southern Ohio we are having tons of rain and flood watches.

Please send me some photos I got to see the other parts of the killer display.

BTW: I will be turning 21 this coming 29th of march which is 10 days away
