Tall red upper light pillar on 1-22-03

Hello halo observors,

Yesterday morning when I was getting ready for work the sun was starting to shine under and AC cloud layer which happened to be showering ice crystals and I looked out and there was a fine upper light pillar and it was a bright red to a pink color. I grabbed my camera and took a dozen or so images and at times the pillar had to of been at least 15 or 20 degrees in height!!! I have always been wanting to get a good photo of a sun pillar now I got one. If anyone wants me to send and images email me or respond to this forum message.

One more thing: This pillar will also be a good example to use on the halo section of my website.
