....he's a "Canonian" and isn't it strictly forbidden for guys like us
to meet and feature a "Canonian Site"? ;-)))

BTW, I'm just thinking about my life as a Nikonian since last night.
I'm really pissed, Jan. I was out at the mountain site last nite to
catch some nice Astros due to the very clear and low humid almost zero
aerosol September evening. Sundown was great shooting lots of nice
solitair trees with my 80-400VR and F100. Later I met the tower with
tripod and F100 plus the whole stuff connecting the 18-35 and MC20
remote cord. And the show began. F100 was set to BULB, MC20 to 40sec.
and what happened? Nothing! F100 software crashed I discovered later
when I was back home (after 3 hours of research in my car upon the hill).
F100 is still crazy and my guess: It's due to the bullshit plastic
back causing trouble to the electronic pins. This camera is almost
new, bought it February 2002, manufactured January 2002 and is still
like a virgin cause it hasn't seen much more than 50 rolls.

What did I learn? NEVER leave home without F3HP as backup, NEVER NEVER!
