Aurora / Geomagnetic Activity Update:

A disturbance (probably related to the CME of 19 December) is in progress.
An increase in geomagnetic and auroral activity is anticipated over the next
12 to 18 hours. The response following the arrival of the disturbance has
been fairly minimal thus far. A middle latitude auroral activity WATCH is
active.

Solar Update:

Coronal Mass Ejection Impact Prediction is available.

A class M2.7/2N proton flare was observed from Region 229 at 21:53 UTC on 19
December. This event was associated with a full halo coronal mass ejection
and both Type II and Iv sweeps. A 210 sfu tenflare at 2695 MHz was also
observed. This was a modestly energetic solar flare. Region 226 appears
ready to produce additional M-class flare events. It may also be capable of
producing an isolated major event.

So wie es im Sat-Pic aussieht, könnte es ja vielleicht auf der Rückseite der Wetterfront Lücken oder Aufklarungen geben.

Wie seht ihr die Möglichkeiten ?
