...ich denke fast, dass die aktuelle Aktivität vom herannahenden HCS ausgelöst sein könnte.
Vom jüngsten CME erwarte ich eigentlich nicht sooooo viel.

Das Herannahen des nächsten IMF Sektors führt zu einer Art Kompression des Sonnenwindes.
Vielleicht verhindert dies auch eine klare Signatur des erwarteten CME's im EPAM Plot.
Hier noch der Text von Cary Oler (STD) als Antwort auf eine Frage von Dominic Cantin:

Hi Dominic, it is our opinion that this weak shock-like feature you refered to is not related to the C2.4 flare. It looks like a shock, but doesn't appear to actually be a shock front in the solar wind. It's too early to be associated with the C2.4 flare anyway. It's probably related to minor compression and associated minor anomalies with respect to the heliospheric current sheet (which appears to be very near the Earth).
