SOHO Antennenabdeckung größer als erwartet

Nabend!

SOHO sendet nach wie vor wissenschaftliche Daten.
Zumindest die MDI Bilder sind auch aktualisiert worden.
Bei EIT wird gerade die CCD ausgebacken. Nur die LASCO Türen sind sicherheitshalber seit dem erwarteten Blackout noch geschlossen.
Mal gespannt, wie lange das jetzt tatsächlich noch hält. Vielleicht ist der Ausfall am Ende nur eine Woche und damit noch erträglich kurz.
Ach ja, auch der CELIAS/MTOF Proton Monitor liefert sporadisch Daten.

I appreciate it very much that you keep us informed on the SOHO status.
It is a topic that interests me a lot but just not important enough for me to dig into myself (I hope it stays that way )
Those small news updates (also from others on other topics) are just very nice to read here in the forum. Also I enjoy when important STD news is copied here, it saves me time when I'm in a hurry.
I'd say the AKM forum for me is #1.

That's why I post those news here.
I also send an e-mail to Tony Phillips of SW.com and it was new for him as well. And now, he just posted a news on SW.com for the big audience
