Allerdings sollte der Schweif aus perspektivischer Sicht jetzt kürzer werden, da er bald genau Richtung Erde zeigt.
Am Ende des "Vorbeiflugs" wird er aber nochmals eindrucksvoll lang.

Ich hatte gestern Abend eine E-mail an Tony Phillips losgeschickt und Ihn auf Machholz hingewiesen. Heute kam die Antwort, dass er noch wartet, bis die Leute bei SOHO die "Bilder in Blau" fertig haben.
Hier mal kurz die Korrespondenz. Vielleicht hat jemand von Euch ja in Zukunft auch mal einen Tipp zu einem aktuellen Ereignis, dann immer rüber damit nach Spaceweather.com
