An enhancement in auroral activity, mostly isolated to the northern Russian
regions beginning near 13:00 UTC, is expected to subside over the next
several hours. However, there is a fair chance for occasional substorms that
may lead to some brief observations over dark-sky European sites during the
next 12 hours.
