Yes, that is exactly why I stopped going to Uni astronomy/math and went to filmschool instead (allready long ago).

But I think their discussion is about as important to them as comparing dark pictures with points and colored wipes are to us.
For me bringing my pics and ideas to a wider public is pretty important. That's also why I enjoy this forum: so many different ideas and so many enthousiastic people who like to learn from others!
