SOHO IS BACK IN NORMAL MODE

SOHO is back in normal mode since 17:56 UT, after the completion of a
momentum management and station keeping maneuver earlier today. All
instruments are powered on with the exception of CEPAC and SUMER, which
will follow Tuesday, February 12.
