Aurora / Geomagnetic Activity Update:

There is an elevated possibility for periods of increased levels of
geomagnetic and auroral activity during the next 12 to 24 hours. This is in
response to the arrival of a compressed solar wind stream associated with a
sector boundary crossing.

Solar Update:

A filament or channel eruption slightly north of the near disk center around
01:36 UTC today may have produced a coronal mass ejection with an Earthward-
directed component. Otherwise, no significant solar activity has been observed.
