Ulrich, the reason why there is a difference is because the STD Aurora
Monitor uses a dipole-oriented model, while the SEC site is based on
what is known as a "corrected" model.

I should note that although the model we used is technically rather
'simple', it is still perfectly valid. For example, the most respected
ionospheric profiling model in the world (the International Reference
Ionosphere) uses exactly the same model that we put in the STD Aurora
Monitor. Despite what others may say, the model we're using is sufficient for
the purpose that it is used for. In a later revision, we might replace the
model with a more elaborate model.

...dann ist es einfacher für Dich, weil die Werte fast identisch mit den geografischen ist.
