Today (19 Jan 2014 in the morning), when I came to subway I saw strange
effect around The Sun and decided to record that optical phenomenon on
my videocamera. Temperature in the street is -20 degrees Celsius.
My almost first video on LiveLeak.

Hello Dominik,
great shot. Вот зима!
I also watched the video,* which nicely shows that the halo is "column-integrated" through ice fog starting relatively close to the running train. Filming halos is still unexplored territory, by the way, so keep your dashcams going. Here's a shortened link:

Whenever sundogs get so bright and triangular, it is worthwhile to look for 44-deg sundogs at twice their distance from the sun. (The movie does just not reach into that region.)

Kind regards

*Congratulations, part of your movie was featured at the end of Germany's nationwide 7 p.m. news show "heute"
