Milchstraße und merkwürdiger Lichtstrahl?

Hallo zusammen,

in der Nacht vom 22. auf den 23. April war ich auf der Wasserkuppe auf Lyriden-Jagd und konnte bei optimalen Bedingungen (kaum Lichtverschmutzung, Mond untergegangen und sehr klare saubere Luft) die Milchstraße super beobachten. So toll hatte ich sie bisher nicht gehabt:

Unten rechts ist das Zentrum zu sehen.
Ich schwenkte die Kamera auch mal nach Osten und konnte dort nach Ansicht der Bilder einen merkwürdigen Lichtstrahl sehen:

Lichtverschmutzung schließe ich da eigentlich aus, von einem Fahrzeug müsste es eher von unten kommen, der Strahl scheint aber etwas abgesetzt zu sein? Was meint ihr?
Aufnahmezeit war gegen 4 Uhr MESZ, kurz vor der astronomischen Dämmerung.
Links neben dem Strahl ist übrigens noch die Andromeda-Galaxie zu erkennen.

Kameraeinstellungen waren f2,8, ISO6400 und 20 Sekunden Belichtungszeit

Ich würde ja das Zodiakallicht vermuten.

Hello there Marcel,

nice to see the milky way so clearly indeed.

Do you have also this light on other pictures you might have taken with a similar point of view that night or is it just at this time.
- If the first, this might be a distant activity area (zone of industrial activity) in the next big town. It looks like there is Erfurt in North-East from your position at this time (giving the time and the position of the Andromeda Galaxy)
- If the latter, this reminds me of the beam of light I might have sometimes on my pictures, beams created at one time (and giving the long time of exposure) by high truck driving on a straight road couples kilo-meters from my house where the way is sloping up and having their top lights (not just the ones close to the road, by also the ones above the truck cabin.

Hallo Marcel, hallo Geimist.
Wie der Name "Zodiakallicht" schon sagt, ist dieses Leuchten nur in den Tierkreis Sternbildern sichtbar. Andromeda (Der Andomeda Nebel ist links neben dem Lichtstrahl) gehört nicht dazu. Sollte sich das geändert haben, sind wir in arge Schwierigkeiten, weil dann die Erde ihre Umlaufbahn verlassen hätte. Da die Wahrscheinlichkeit für so eine Katastrophe allerdings verschwindend gering ist, ist die Ursache für den Lichtstrahl auf der Erde zu suchen.

I think this could not be zodiacal light, because at those latitudes, and at this time of the year at the morning, the angle between horizon and ecliptic line (where the zodiacal light extends its shining) is pretty low. So the zodiacal light could not extend vertically from the horizon.
There, the light is quite vertical on the picture, but I think this is due to the lens distorsion (rectangular lens, stretching the image toward the diagonal of the rectangle image, like pin pincushion).

Unless there is another light effect not along ecliptic line, linked to zodiacal light.
